Surgical dressings

A6196 (alginate, pad ≤16 sq in), A6209 (foam dressing, pad ≤16 sq in), A6234 (hydrocolloid dressing), A6402 (gauze, non-impregnated, sterile).

Enteral nutrition

B4035 (enteral feeding supply kit, pump fed), B4150 (enteral formula, category I, semi-synthetic), B9002 (enteral nutrition infusion pump).
